This initial assessment is important for your success in reaching your goals as we take everything that makes you unique to craft your own individualized plan.

Weekly group calls with other women who are trying to accomplish the same exact thing as you, you are not alone!

Monthly 30-Min Check-In Calls

- Weekly check ins, adjustments will be made as needed, you will have a plan for the week plus a short feedback video to keep you motivated and on track!
Daily Access and Accountability
- You’ll have access to me and your coach via Voxer to ensure you get the accountability you need!
- Traveling, sick, hurt, etc? No need to sweat, you’ll get adjustments as needed to keep you in alignment with your goals.
- You’ll have access to an Accountability tracker to ensure you are implementing the tools I provided for optimal results!
