Meet Our Ceo


Hi, I’m Kathy Coté, with over 2 million women entering menopause each year in the US, my mission is to help as many women as I can feel their absolute best as they transition through menopause.

I know the struggle firsthand - the hair loss, hot flashes, fatigue, sleepless nights, and sudden weight gain and belly bulge no matter how clean you eat or hours you log at the gym. As a certified personal trainer and group instructor running my own studio prepandemic, I was baffled when healthy habits failed me during perimenopause.

But I got to the bottom of it through intensive study of female physiology, metabolism, and hormones. Now I'm fueled by helping women conquer their biggest health and weight loss roadblocks during this phase of life.

If you're drained of energy, fatigued all the time, frustrated by your lack of progress and wondering what happened to your body and vitality -trust me, I've been there. But it doesn't have to be this way!

Meet Our Coach

Megan Hart

Megan is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer.  She has her Bachelor’s degrees in psychology and nutrition with a minor in coaching.  She also has her Masters degree in sport and exercise science and acupuncture.

Prior to becoming a nutritionist and trainer, Megan was a mental health therapist. She has found that her work as a therapist strongly translates to working with women in their health journey, not only focusing on physical changes, but mental and emotional growth as well. ​

Being a lifelong athlete, health is a center stone to Megan’s life. Her passion for health and wellness is something she loves to share with those around her. Watching and helping women become empowered in their health, gain confidence in themselves, and blossom into their best selves is what she would consider her life’s purpose.
