✅ First Chance: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Your first reschedule or cancellation is completely understandable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can adjust our schedules accordingly and accommodate other clients.
🪧Second Chance: Life happens, and we get it! For your second reschedule or cancellation, we kindly ask that you review your schedule carefully before booking another appointment. This helps us manage our time efficiently and ensure availability for all our clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a third time, we will reach out to discuss whether continuing with our services is a priority for you at this time.
